Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience in premium or luxury environments.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with diverse teams.
• Track record of delivering sales and service targets.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Proficiency with digital and POS systems and strong numeracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a department to deliver exceptional customer experience and sales.
• Motivate, coach, and develop teams; manage merchandising standards.
• Communicate targets and strategies across the team and monitor performance.
• Oversee stock, stocktakes, transfers, markdowns and returns with accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with security, audits, and loss prevention procedures.
• Collaborate with Head Office and concession partners to optimise results.
• Maintain a culture of service, accountability, and professionalism.
• Recruit, onboard, and upskill team members; ensure effective inductions.
