Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of bartending experience in premium or upscale bars.

• RBS certification or equivalent required for Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and deliver quality service during high-volume periods
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining premium service standards
• Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification or equivalent (required for Ireland)
• Knowledge of Irish hospitality standards and local beverage preferences (preferred)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with premium venue standards
