Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials to answer guest inquiries and make personalized recommendations.
• Ensure tables are properly set, cleared, and maintained throughout service with meticulous attention to detail.
• Monitor guest satisfaction proactively and respond promptly to any concerns, special requests, or dietary requirements with empathy and professionalism.
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and equipment to the highest standards.
