Zest Optical is recruiting a Practice Manager in Dublin city centre to lead a busy, modern practice. The role combines leadership, customer experience, and commercial performance within a fast-growing optical business.

You will manage day-to-day operations, develop the team, drive performance to meet targets, and maintain superb customer care in a fashion-forward retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Manager or leadership role within optical/retail.
• Background in optical, retail or healthcare preferred.
