Job summary

Verde Search is partnering with a well-established SME advisory practice in South Central Dublin to recruit a Practice Accountant. The role offers substantial client exposure and the potential for rapid career progression based on ambition.

You will contribute to audits, accounts preparation, and related advisory matters for Dublin-based clients while learning directly from Directors and Partners, developing strong relationships, and taking on increasing responsibility within a partner-led firm.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant ACA or ACCA qualification.
• Practice experience outside of the Top 10 firms is preferred.
• Training and qualification in a practice environment is expected (1+ years PQE).
• Significant FRS 102 experience is essential.
• Excellent communication and people skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The Opportunity

The Requirements

• Chartered Accountant - ACA or ACCA qualified.
• Ideally practice and accounting experience from an Irish practice outside of the Top 10 firms
• Practice trained and qualified (ideally 1 years or more PQE+).
• Significant FRS 102 Experience is essential.
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Remuneration

• €60,000 – €70,000 base salary + attractive benefits package (based on your experience).
• Expectation of promotion after 12 months with annual salary reviews.
