Verde Search in South Dublin is seeking a Practice Accountant (ACA/ACCA) to join a partner-led firm. You will manage your own client portfolio across audit, accounts preparation, tax and advisory work, with a clear path from senior accountant to director and, in time, partner.

The role offers promotion within 12 months, a salary of €65,000–€75,000, flexible hours and a strong benefits package, plus work-life balance and a collaborative team.

Practice Accountant (ACA/ACCA) Partner-Led Firm, South Dublin

A respected, partner-led accountancy practice in South Dublin is looking to bring a qualified accountant into its growing team. This is a genuine long-term role: you'd join a firm that promotes from within, give you development, and offers a clear line of sight from senior accountant through to director and, in time, partner. The role

You’ll manage your own portfolio of clients, working across audit, accounts preparation, tax, and advisory work. Building trusted relationships with client directors sits at the heart of it this is as much about being a reliable adviser as it is about technical delivery.

What we're looking for
