Job summary

Linkedskills is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Power/ESB utilities projects based in Dublin. You will oversee mobilisation through completion, liaise with clients, local authorities, and site crews, and manage programmes, resources, and safety.

The role requires a minimum Level 8 in engineering or construction, strong reporting, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under Irish civil infrastructure standards. Full-time, permanent with DOE in a dynamic project environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant PM experience in Ireland within Power/ESB/utilities.
• Strong civil engineering or utilities project delivery background.
• Experience managing multiple crews and subcontractors.
• Experience dealing with clients and local authorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of Power, ESB and utilities infrastructure projects from mobilisation through to completion.
• Coordinate and manage multiple site crews and subcontractors.
• Liaise with clients, ESB representatives, local authorities, engineers and other project stakeholders.
• Manage project programmes, resources and day-to-day operational requirements.
• Monitor progress against programme, cost, quality and safety requirements.
• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with project specifications, contractual requirements and company procedures.
• Oversee site reporting, project documentation and internal management systems.
• Identify project risks, delays and operational issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Coordinate materials, plant, labour and subcontractor requirements.
• Support commercial and project teams with forecasting, variations and project reporting.
• Maintain strong Health & Safety standards across all project activities.
