Kirby Group Engineering is seeking a Group Estimating Manager to lead the Power & Renewables estimating function, driving commercial excellence across complex tenders. You will oversee the estimating team, shaping strategy from enquiry to adjudication, and collaborate with senior leadership to influence major bids and project wins across utilities and energy infrastructure.

• Significant estimating leadership experience in Power/Renewables or utilities.
• Strong commercial and technical understanding of large-scale infra projects.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop high-performing estimating teams.
• Experience guiding tenders from enquiry through adjudication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the estimating function across Power & Renewables projects.
• Drive excellence in tendering and bid management processes.
• Manage tender adjudications and support key commercial decisions.
• Coach and develop a team of estimators to foster continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with BU Managers, Engineering, Operations and Commercial teams.
• Build and maintain estimating systems, procedures and best practices.
• Develop cost databases, benchmarking data and performance stats.
• Maintain project estimate registers and support win/loss analyses.
• Represent Kirby Group Engineering in client meetings and pre-construction engagements.
• Contribute to innovative estimating processes to improve efficiency and competitiveness.
• Ensure all activities align with governance and information security requirements.
