Job summary

Responsibilities

• Directing daily shift operations to ensure high readiness for rapid grid dispatch.
• Leading start-up sequences and performance testing per grid code and manufacturer requirements.
• Enforcing safety protocols, work permits, and equipment isolation to maintain incident-free operations.
• Managing the shift team to foster discipline, technical proficiency and safety awareness.
• Collaborating with engineering teams to resolve equipment issues and optimize plant performance.
• Serving as the liaison with the National Control Centre on availability and operational status.
