Elevate Partners in Dublin is seeking a finance leader to build and run the Portfolio Reporting & Analysis function. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will own management and investor reporting end-to-end, lead a small team, and partner with Asset Management, Construction & Development, and Investments to drive forward-looking insights.

You will challenge complex models, translate outputs into clear business stories, and implement automation to streamline reporting processes.

Formación

• Strong background in FP&A, commercial finance, financial reporting or portfolio finance.
• End-to-end ownership of management reporting.
• Experience leading a team and delivering results through people.

Responsabilidades

• Own management and stakeholder reporting from start to finish.
• Lead and develop the Portfolio Reporting & Analysis team.
• Financial analysis and decision support across funds and assets.
• Oversee investment valuations and review processes.
• Present clear conclusions and recommendations to senior management.
• Drive systems improvements, standardise models and build a common data layer.
