Job summary

FK International is partnering with a fast-growing renewable energy business to appoint a Group Project & Corporate Finance Manager in Dublin city centre. The role is on-site four days per week with one hybrid day, offering high-impact responsibility and exposure to senior leadership.

You will lead financial modelling, project finance, and investment analysis across a substantial pipeline of projects; manage debt raises with lenders and advisers; and contribute to strategic planning and capital

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in project finance, corporate finance or infrastructure investment.
• Advanced financial modelling skills and strong understanding of debt financing.
• Experience in renewable energy transactions, M&A or project financing.
• Commercially astute, ambitious and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial modelling, project valuations and investment analysis across renewable energy projects.
• Manage project finance debt raises, working closely with lenders, advisors and legal teams through to financial close.
• Evaluate new investment opportunities, funding structures and commercial returns.
• Support strategic planning, capital raising and the expansion of the Group's project portfolio.
