Job summary

HedgeServ Corporation invites applications for a Portfolio Accounting Supervisor in Dublin. The role focuses on delivering reconciliations with guidance from the Portfolio Accounting Manager and Director, ensuring timely, accurate delivery of trade, cash and portfolio reconciliations.

You will lead and mentor a team of Portfolio Accountants, develop junior staff, and participate in induction and compulsory AML/KYC trainings as part of a supportive career path.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in hedge fund administration.
• Accounting, Finance, Legal or Business Degree.
• IT literate with strong English verbal and written communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review cash and position reconciliations and resolve breaks promptly.
• Ensure compliance with HedgeServ checklists, procedures and controls.
• Liaise with internal services to resolve fund issues and escalate when needed.
• Mentor and support Portfolio Accountants; set goals and monitor performance.
• Meet pre-agreed internal and external deadlines consistently.
