Job summary

Our Company Biotech Dublin is offering a PMO (Project Management Office) / MPS Specialist Internship. You will work on project portfolios, define scope with sponsors, and drive PMO best practices alongside cross-functional teams.

This internship is performed in a hybrid model combining on-site work at Biotech Dublin with virtual collaboration, providing exposure to global health projects and the chance to learn MS Office tools in a real GMP environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate is currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master in PM, Business Management, Engineering or related field.
• Strong English communication (verbal and written).
• Structured, detail-oriented and proactive with flexibility.

PMO (Project Management Office) / MPS Specialist Internship

What will you be responsible for?

• Project management of selected projects within the site’s project portfolio.
• Work with project sponsors at initiation to ensure the project scope is fully defined and understood
• Lead project management best practice by partnering with cross functional teams to ensure project execution is to plan.
• Resolve issues and elevate risks in a timely fashion to the relevant on-site and above-site stakeholders.
• Contribute to the establishment of robust processes on site for both project delivery and risk management.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes on site and benchmark against global best practices across all industries.
• Get involved with the deployment and sustainment of Our Company Production System across the site working with the MPS leads.

This internship will be completed in a hybrid working model of virtual and on-site at Biotech Dublin.

The Ideal Person Will Have

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master student in Project Management, Business Management, Engineering or similar studies
• Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
• Structured way-of-working with interest for the detail
• Pro-active, open-minded and flexible person
• Experience with or willingness to learn MS Office (Office 365, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
