MSD in Carlow invites applications for a Logistics Internship to join our Supply Chain Logistics team. This role offers hands-on experience supporting inbound logistics, materials flow, and data-driven improvements within a global healthcare organization.

You will work with cross-functional teams, develop dashboards, and contribute to operational excellence projects, while gaining exposure to real-world logistics operations that help ensure timely delivery of medicines and vaccines.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated interest in supply chain, logistics, healthcare, or pharmaceutical operations.

Responsibilities

Support daily logistics and supply chain operations across manufacturing and distribution activities.
Assist with inbound logistics coordination and materials flow management.
Monitor inventory movements and support logistics performance tracking.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely product movement.
Help identify and resolve operational and supply chain challenges through analytical problem-solving.
Collect, validate, maintain, and analyse logistics and supply chain data.
