Job summary

PulseLearning in Limerick is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the next stage of its project management maturity and capability development, shaping and embedding a consistent operating model across the organisation. The role is office-based in Limerick for 3-6 months, with potential to move to a hybrid pattern combining three office days and up to two remote days.

Qualifications

Honours Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant Business, Engineering or Scientific discipline.
Minimum 7 years' project management experience across multiple industries.
Experience designing or improving project management operating models and governance.
Experience in portfolio planning, resource management and reporting.
Experience using Teamwork.com or an equivalent platform is highly desirable.
Marketing experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Design, implement and embed a consistent project management operating model and governance framework.
Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic projects and programmes, ensuring on time, within scope and budget.
Develop portfolio visibility, resource planning and performance reporting for senior leadership.
Coach project teams and build capability across the organisation.
Coordinate governance, meetings and communications with stakeholders.
