Job summary

TJ O'Mahony in Tullamore is hiring for a full-time Plumbing Trade Counter Sales role. You will provide product knowledge of building materials and plumbing pr-

oducts, liaising with suppliers and delivering excellent customer service at the counter and over the phone. The role includes preparing quotations and using the in-house IT software system, with 39 hours per week across Monday to Friday. HPC Group supports career progression and offers on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Significant plumbing and heating experience required.
• Experience in merchandising products.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Maintaining merchandising standards, pricing and labeling.
• Computer skills.
• Sales experience in trade/retail an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with suppliers.
• Provide excellent customer service, dealing with customer queries phone/counter.
• Preparing quotations.
• Use of the In-House IT Software System.
• Handling customer collections.
• Carrying out any additional duties as required to meet business requirements
