Job summary

Aureol Global Connections is seeking qualified plumbers/pipefitters to install and commission commercial and industrial plumbing systems across projects in Ireland. You will read and interpret drawings, ensure compliance with Building Regulations, and work safely to deliver on time and to specification.

Experience with TIG/ARC welding and safety certifications (Safe Pass, MEWP/IPAF, Confined Space) is valued. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends is expected on project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Qualified Plumber and/or Pipefitter trade certification.
• Proven experience on commercial and industrial mechanical projects.
• Welding experience including TIG and ARC welding.
• Safe Pass Card and Manual Handling certification.
• Coded welding, IPAF/MEWP and other safety certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial and industrial plumbing systems including domestic hot and cold water services.
• Carry out pressure testing and commissioning activities.
• Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Ensure installations comply with Irish Building Regulations and project specifications.
• Work safely on active construction sites and promote a positive site safety culture.
• Deliver installations on time and to specification, supporting project milestones.

Job description

Plumbing Duties

• Install commercial and industrial plumbing systems including:
  • Domestic hot and cold water services
  • Above-ground drainage systems
  • Sanitary ware and associated pipework
  • Rainwater systems
  • Heating systems and plant room installations
• Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and specifications
• Carry out pressure testing and commissioning activities
• Ensure installations comply with Irish Building Regulations and project specifications
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and coordinated drawings
• Good understanding of Irish mechanical services standards and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
