Responsibilities

Weltec Engineering is seeking skilled and reliable Plumbers to join our growing team in Cork. You will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in a commercial setting. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing systems and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping
• Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and recommend solutions
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems
• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems and fixtures
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues efficiently and effectively
• Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean, safe, and good working condition

Key Skills and Competencies

• Hold a National Craft Certificate, with a proven track record of 5+ yrs time served
• Prior experience in the industrial and commercial sectors is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
