Job summary

Aureol Global Connections is seeking a skilled plumber/pipefitter for commercial and industrial mechanical projects in Dublin. You will fabricate and install pipework systems, read drawings, and coordinate with engineers to ensure timely delivery.

Candidates should have welding experience (TIG/ARC), Safe Pass, and driving license, with desirable qualifications in confined space and MEWP. The role emphasizes safety and high-quality workmanship on live construction sites.

Qualifications

• Qualified Plumber and/or Pipefitter with trade certification.
• Experience on commercial and industrial mechanical projects is essential.
• Welding experience (TIG/ARC) is required.
• Safe Pass Card and Manual Handling certification are required.
• Coded welding certification is desirable.
• IPAF/MEWP certification is desirable.
• Confined Space training is desirable.
• Abrasive Wheels certification is desirable.
• Full clean driving licence is desirable.
• Experience on pharmaceutical, healthcare, data centre, industrial or large commercial projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and install pipework systems (carbon steel, stainless, copper, HDPE, threaded).
• Install supports, brackets, valves, pumps and mechanical equipment.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and coordinates.
• Coordinate with supervisors and engineers to deliver projects.
• Assist with plant room and prefabrication works as needed.
• Maintain high workmanship and safety on site.
• Deliver installations safely, on time, and to specification.

• Fabricate and install carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, HDPE, and threaded pipework systems
• Install supports, brackets, valves, pumps, and associated mechanical equipment
• Measure, cut, thread, groove, and assemble pipe systems accurately
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery
• Assist with plant room and prefabrication works where required
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and coordinated drawings
• Good understanding of Irish mechanical services standards and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
