Job summary

The role covers tenancy management, arrears handling, rent reviews, inspections and monthly invoice review within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years’ experience in tenancy or residential property management is essential.
Experience using Yardi Voyager is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain a high level of attention to detail; ensure rental data is accurate and up to date.
Manage arrears effectively and proactively.
Carry out rent reviews in accordance with RTB legislation.
Coordinate annual servicing across properties and maintain relationships with service providers.
Liaise directly with residents to provide a high level of customer service.
Prepare, update and maintain monthly client reports.
