Job summary

Maria Logan Recruitment is recruiting a Property Administrator for a leading Dublin residential property team. The role involves day-to-day administration across a large portfolio, including RTB registrations, rent reviews and RPZ calculations, tenancy documentation and tenant communications.

Qualifications

Property Administrator - Dublin - €30-35K

MLR are currently recruiting for a Property Administrator to join one of Dublin's most established and respected residential property teams.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous property administration, lettings or residential property experience who is looking to build on their career within a supportive and highly experienced environment.

Working closely with the Property Management team, you will assist with the day-to-day administration of a large and varied residential portfolio, including RTB registrations, rent reviews and RPZ calculations, tenancy documentation, tenant communications, maintaining property records, preparing client reports and supporting the wider team with general property administration.
