Job summary

Kraken's Payward Services team is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own the end-to-end roadmap for our B2B2C platform products (KYC/KYB, lending, unified APIs) in a regulated environment. You will shape requirements, work with Engineering to ship features, and ensure a flow that scales for customers and partners.

You will collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Engineering and Finance to turn roadmaps into shipped products while maintaining regulatory alignment and supporting the operational

Qualifications

• You've owned a roadmap and shipped B2B/B2B2C products.
• Direct hands-on experience implementing KYC.
• Experience with platform products (APIs and shared infrastructure).
• Comfort working with Engineering and regulatory considerations.
• Experience in regulated financial services shaping product decisions.
• Track record driving complex cross-functional builds without formal authority.
• Excellent communicator with regulators, boards, engineers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and build-out for B2B2C platform products.
• Define requirements, partner with Engineering, drive from concept to launch.
• Get hands on with the product flow, identify bottlenecks and scale needs.
• Drive cross-functional execution with Engineering, Legal, Compliance and Finance.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance to meet regulatory requirements in design and build.
• Support operational functions tied to US regulated entities as needed.
