Job summary

Skillbase Group is seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to drive strategy, development and delivery of platform capabilities. You will translate customer needs into clear product requirements, prioritise technical backlogs and deliver scalable solutions in collaboration with engineering, UX and business stakeholders.

You’ll lead cross-functional delivery, define roadmaps, measure success with KPIs/OKRs, and manage risks across initiatives to ensure high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in technical/platform-focused roles.
• Strong understanding of APIs, software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap priorities.
• Translate customer and business needs into actionable product requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and UX teams throughout development and delivery.
• Monitor platform performance, customer feedback and operational metrics.
• Manage delivery risks, support product launches and drive continuous improvement.
