Job summary

Skillbase Group is seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to drive strategy, development and delivery of platform capabilities. You will translate customer needs into clear product requirements, prioritise technical backlogs and deliver scalable solutions in collaboration with engineering, UX and business stakeholders.

You’ll lead cross-functional delivery, define roadmaps, measure success with KPIs/OKRs, and manage risks across initiatives to ensure high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in technical/platform-focused roles.
• Strong understanding of APIs, software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline preferred.

Duration: 12 months, with potential for extension

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Product Managerto drive the strategy, development and delivery of innovative platform capabilities.

Working closely with engineering, UX and business stakeholders, you’ll translate customer needs and business objectives into clear product requirements, prioritise technical backlogs and deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.

• Technical Product Management: Proven experience managing platform products and technical backlogs, writing PRDs and defining APIs, user stories and acceptance criteria. Ability to assess solution designs and technical trade-offs.
• Product Strategy & Roadmap Management: Strong experience defining product roadmaps, prioritising features and using KPIs, OKRs and data-driven insights to guide product decisions.
• Large-Scale Delivery & Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, working closely with engineering, operations, security, compliance and business teams to deliver complex technical solutions.
