Job summary

ElevenLabs, an AI research and product company, is hiring Infrastructure Engineers to build the platform that powers millions of users and thousands of businesses. You will own the GPU and cloud infrastructure from training to deployment, collaborating with research, product, security and safety teams.

You will run Kubernetes at scale across cloud and on-prem, design end-to-end GCP infra, and ship tooling in Python to make infrastructure self-serve for the entire company.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on experience running Kubernetes in production at scale.
• Strong Python skills with automation mindset.
• GCP design, build and migrate cloud infrastructure end-to-end as an individual contributor.
• Experience operating stateful systems (databases, Kafka) for other teams.
• Fundamentals in infrastructure as code, security and permissions, prioritising what matters in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Run and scale Kubernetes clusters, including GPU clusters for inference and training, across cloud and on-prem.
• Set up compute, networking, permissions and access for other teams as they grow.
• Host and operate the data systems product teams depend on.
• Build the tooling, automations and services that make infrastructure self-serve for the rest of the company, mainly in Python.
• Take on large efforts, such as cluster builds and cloud migrations, end-to-end.
