Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Security Engineer to join the Security team, working at the intersection of security, software and infrastructure engineering. You will build platforms, controls and tooling to enable secure, high-velocity cloud deployments.

Responsibilities include designing security tools, reviewing architectures, and implementing secure-by-default patterns across the software development lifecycle. Remote role with GMT-friendly time zones. Competitive security program and global impact.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background with production systems experience.
• Proven track record in building and scaling security programs.
• Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Typescript, Golang).
• Hands-on experience in cloud-native environments (AWS or GCP), Kubernetes, and IaC (Terraform).
• Understanding of cloud security fundamentals (IAM, networking, PKI, Linux).
• Experience securing CI/CD pipelines to prevent supply chain attacks.

Responsibilities

• Design and build security tools and guardrails that integrate into our infrastructure and products.
• Review architectures, develop threat models, and implement secure-by-default patterns throughout the SDLC.
• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities with engineers and contribute fixes across the stack.
• Ship new security features that improve the security posture in production.
• Design and implement supply chain security controls across build/deploy pipelines, SBOM generation.
