Ingersoll Rand plc in Ireland is seeking a skilled Plastic Fabricator to join our Dungarvan-area workshop. You will fabricate, assemble and finish plastic components in line with drawings and specifications.

The role requires hands-on work with hand tools and routers, careful measurement and shaping of plastics, and collaboration with the production team to meet quality standards and deadlines. This position is based on-site in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Experience in plastic fabrication and joinery is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings with precision.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and finish plastic components according to drawings and specifications.
• Operate hand tools, routers, and workshop machinery with accuracy and safety.
• Measure, cut, bend, and shape plastic materials to required standards.
• Assist with production of bespoke and repeat-order items.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet quality and project deadlines.
• Troubleshoot fabrication issues and ensure all work meets quality standards.
