Ingersoll Rand Ireland is seeking a Junior Plastics Fabricator to join our manufacturing team in Dungarvan. The role focuses on assisting in the manufacture, assembly and finishing of plastic products, learning fabrication techniques and operating workshop machinery.

This entry-level position offers hands-on training, a structured development path, and the chance to contribute to quality and efficiency initiatives within a site-based operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or similar hands-on environment is desirable but not essential.
• Interest in learning plastic fabrication and manufacturing processes.
• Commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement.
• Good numerical skills and ability to read measurements accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist fabrication, assembly, and finishing of plastic products per drawings.
• Operate workshop machinery and hand tools safely.
• Measure, cut, shape, drill, route, and deburr plastics.
