Aureol Global Connections is hiring for Plasterers on behalf of FLI Precast Solutions Limited of Kilnock, Ballon Carlow, Ireland R93 E129. The Ideal Candidate will have experience in the following areas: plastering, surface finishing, and preparing precast concrete products to meet quality and production standards. The role involves carrying out final finishing works, using hand tools, and operating lifting and site transportation equipment, including gantry cranes where required.
Responsibilities include inspecting finished products, supporting various stages of the post-production process, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and ensuring work is completed in accordance with quality and health and safety requirements.
The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining production targets, assist with other manufacturing activities as needed, and be available for reasonable overtime when required.
Previous experience in plastering, product finishing, construction, or a manufacturing environment would be beneficial. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, flexibility in duties and working hours, and a reliable approach to attendance and timekeeping.
This is a full-time role of 39 hours per week with an annual salary range of €36,605-€40,000.
