Job Description

Aureol Global Connections is hiring for Welder Fabricators on behalf of FLI Precast Solutions Limited of Kilnock, Ballon Carlow, Ireland R93 E129. The Ideal Candidate will have experience in the following areas: welding and steel fabrication within a manufacturing or industrial environment. The role involves completing fabrication projects from start to finish, carrying out MIG and ARC welding, performing ironwork and steel fabrication tasks, and assisting with the repair and maintenance of plant equipment and machinery. Responsibilities include supporting the operation of manufacturing processes and utility systems, completing preventive and predictive maintenance activities, participating in planned shutdowns and project work, and contributing to the achievement of production targets. The successful candidate will be able to read and interpret detailed technical drawings, operate a range of fabrication tools and machinery, and work in accordance with site health and safety requirements. A trade qualification and a minimum of three years' experience in a similar role are required. Experience in industrial fabrication and mechanical maintenance would be beneficial. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and effective communication skills. This is a full-time role of 39 hours per week with an annual salary €36,605.
