Job summary

Glenmore Farming Group is seeking an experienced Plant Team Leader for our anaerobic digestion facility in Ballybofey, Co. Donegal.

You will lead a team of about ten engineers, coordinating daily maintenance and plant operations to ensure safe and reliable performance. The role requires an engineering qualification with strong electrical bias, proven leadership, and hands-on fault finding across industrial utilities.

Qualifications

• A practical, hands‑on approach with excellent leadership and communication skills.
• A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Experience within anaerobic digestion, biogas, renewable energy, manufacturing, or utilities would be highly advantageous.
