Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd on site in Nenagh, Co. Tipperary, Ireland, seeks a Maintenance Manager to coordinate the department’s activities, lead technicians, and ensure safe, cost-efficient maintenance for production. The role reports to Operations Manager and requires a degree in engineering with substantial maintenance management experience, preferably in a regulated dairy/milk processing environment. The position is permanent and on site.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (Mechanical or Electrical) required.
• 5+ years of maintenance management experience required.
• Trade qualification with significant experience is advantageous.
• Experience in a milk processing regulated environment is a plus.
• Proven track record in leading technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance activities across the site.
• Lead maintenance technicians and contractors to support production.
• Manage the preventative maintenance program and equipment spares.
• Develop and monitor factory maintenance budget and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
