Job summary

Egis is seeking a dynamic Planning Manager to lead the planning function across Ireland projects in our transportation team. The role develops and maintains robust programme controls and supports the project team in planning and reporting activities.

The successful candidate will collaborate with commercial, procurement and construction teams, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within contract requirements. Flexible to work from Ireland offices is offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Project Management, Engineering or related field.
• Chartered PM or similar qualification would be advantageous.
• Experience leading planning on large infrastructure projects is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the planning team ensuring positive environment, clear requirements and achievable goals.
• Assess planning team needs and upskill to ensure effective delivery and optimum performance.
• Understand and implement Subcontract Works Information requirements related to project controls, with audit-ready evidence.
