Egis is seeking a dynamic Planning Manager for Ireland to lead our planning function within the transportation team. You will develop robust programmes, monitor progress and provide clear reporting to stakeholders across multiple projects.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication and a collaborative approach to drive on-time delivery and value. Flexible to base in various Ireland offices, with a focus on seamless client engagement and performance.

Formación

• Experience leading planning on complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and clear communication with project teams and clients.
• Proven ability to manage programme controls, schedules and reporting.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support the planning team to ensure clear goals and positive collaboration.
• Assess team needs and upskill to ensure effective delivery and performance.
• Implement Subcontract Works Information requirements for project controls and audits.
• Develop, update and maintain project programmes and align with contract targets.
• Maintain client relations to ensure the programme remains aligned and accepted.
• Integrate planning with commercial activities and track Earned Value measures.
