Job summary

Egis in Ireland seeks a Planning Manager to lead the planning function across a range of transportation projects. You will develop, maintain and control project programmes, working closely with project teams to ensure milestones are met.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration and excellent communication to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders, and to integrate Earned Value Analysis (EVA) and time risk allowances.

Qualifications

• Degree in Project Management, Engineering or related field.
• Chartered project manager or equivalent membership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning team to deliver programmes and control project schedules.
• Develop, maintain and update project programmes across Ireland projects.
• Interface with client planning teams to align programmes with contracts.
• Provide daily/regular reporting and manage Time Risk Allowance (TRA).
• Support EVA, including spend, earned value, and forecast.
• Coordinate with commercial and procurement to align with TES and lead times.
