Qualifications

• Proven experience using Microsoft Excel to manage data and schedules.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Experience in forecasting and capacity planning.
• Experience working with retail customers.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onsite planners and material schedulers to create cost-efficient plans.
• Collaborate with the demand planner to generate a rolling 52-week capacity outlook.
• Lead the Sales and Operational Planning process for the site.
• Manage seasonal plans and production schedules to control costs.
• Coordinate with Operations and Logistics to reflect capacity in performance models.
• Attend daily DRM 3 and Planning meetings and report site service levels.
• Support site NPD meetings to align upcoming product changes.
• Develop and mentor planners and material schedulers through regular 1-1s.
