Job summary

Hilton Foods Ireland seeks a Demand Planner to forecast customer demand for retail products on site in Drogheda. You will contribute to capacity modelling for operations and logistics and collaborate with the planning manager to produce a rolling 52-week outlook.

Key duties include analysing historical sales, managing seasonal plans, and coordinating with DRM2, scheduling teams, and customers. A strong Excel and English skill set is essential for success.

• Experience with retail customers.

• Strong English communication.
• Good organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecast future demand by analysing sales, promotions, and weather.
• Create seasonal capacity plans to meet planned costs.
• Manage Quintiq releases and model on-site resources.
• Review daily forecast vs orders and adjust plans.
• Support product launches and NPD planning.
• Communicate forecast changes with planning team and stakeholders.
• Track SKU service levels and flag underperformers.
• Assist accounts with debit note queries.
