Job Description: Johnson & Johnson Global Services is recruiting for a Lead Financial Analyst Osprey/SC FP&A based in Cork, Ireland. As part of Project Osprey, i.e. the planned separation of the DPS business from J&J, we are searching for a Lead Financial Analyst Osprey/SC FP&A based in Cork, Ireland. This is a project role expected to last 18-24 months. The DePuy Synthes (DPS) Supply Chain finance organization is a global team with members based in US, Switzerland, Ireland, Belgium and China. This organisation provides financial leadership and support to global DPS business and finance leaders – DPS is a ~$9BN business with ~$4BN in Cost of Goods Sold across 9 platforms. We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Lead Financial Analyst to join the DPS SC Finance team to provide financial leadership and support in relation to the Osprey program (DePuy Synthes separation from J&J). This project role requires a mix of finance expertise and business acumen, and offers high visibility to the wider global supply chain finance organization. The role will operate in a dynamic global environment, supporting a business that is going through a period of significant change. This lead analyst will also support system and technology implementations within DePuy Synthes Supply Chain Finance that are happening as part of this organizational change. The Lead Analyst will report to the DPS Finance Manager, SC FP&A, and the role is open to candidates located in Ireland.
