Responsibilities

• Carry a clinical caseload appropriate to the post.
• Assess, develop and implement individualised treatment plans.
• Set goals in partnership with client and family.
• Communicate and work with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Document records per professional standards and policies.
• Provide services in varied locations with appropriate time allocation.
• Participate in reviews, case conferences and ward rounds.
