We are recruiting an experienced electronic security systems administrator to join a centralised managed services team supporting a major data centre client with more than 80 sites across Europe. This is a technical, customer‑facing role supporting a large‑scale physical security technology environment. You should have a strong background with a security systems integrator, with hands‑on experience in access control, video surveillance (CCTV/VMS), systems programming, application engineering and security‑related network troubleshooting.
This is not a security guarding position or a general IT support/networking role; you must have the right to work in the EU and must currently be based in the Dublin area.
You’ll provide technical support and application engineering for enterprise physical security systems protecting a data centre estate of 80+ sites across Europe.
You’ll troubleshoot access control, video surveillance and integrated security systems; investigate application, server, network and device‑related problems; manage technical work orders; and work directly with customers, vendors and security integrators to drive issues through to resolution.
You’ll also provide technical guidance to junior analysts and help maintain a consistently high standard of service across the European estate.
This is a highly visible, customer‑facing position. We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical capability and problem‑solving skills with maturity, professionalism and excellent communication.
This role offers a fast‑track opportunity to progress to Support Specialist II within 12 months, subject to performance and demonstrated competency.

General IT support, network support or security guarding experience alone will not meet the requirements for this role.
