Job summary

Allcare Ringsend is hiring a Pharmacy Technician for a 30-hour, part-time role in Dublin. The store operates from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Saturday and is closed on Sunday.

You will support the Pharmacist by preparing and dispensing medicines, controlling stock, preparing blister packs, processing claims, and reporting to the Pharmacist in a busy dispensary. Eligibility includes experience in a busy dispensary or IPU Pharmacy Technician training; McLernons MPS knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy dispensary is an advantage.
• IPU Pharmacy Technician course or higher certificate preferred.
• Knowledge of stock control and dispensing processes.

Responsibilities

• Be accurate with excellent attention to detail.
• Prepare and dispense medicinal products under the supervision of the Pharmacist.
• Control stock levels and order medicines as required.
• Prepare blister packs and process/tracking of claims.
• Report to and support the Pharmacist in a busy dispensary.
