Job summary

Unipharmedtech is seeking a Pharmacy Technician in Ongar for a part-time permanent role, covering Monday, Friday, and Saturday. You will be responsible for dispensing medicines under pharmacist supervision, controlling stock, and preparing blister packs.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a busy dispensary is an advantage but newly qualified technicians are welcome to apply.
• Experience with McLernons MPS system is an advantage.
• Certification in Pharmacy Technician Studies is preferred.

Position Overview

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician to join the Hickey’s Pharmacy team in Ongar. This Part‑time permanent role covers Monday, Friday and Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and detail oriented dispensing of medicinal products under pharmacist supervision.
• Control stock levels and order medicines based on store requirements.
• Prepare blister packs, process and track claims.
• Support the pharmacist in a busy dispensary.
• Provide expert advice and dispense prescriptions in a positive environment.
