Job summary

McCauley Garahys Pharmacy in Enniscorthy is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for a 40-hour fixed-term contract. The role runs 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Saturday, with Sunday closed.

You will prepare and dispense medicines under pharmacist supervision, manage stock, and support a busy dispensary. Newly qualified technicians are welcome; experience with McLernons MPS is an advantage.

• Controlling stock levels and ordering medicines as determined by store requirements.
• Preparation of blister packs and processing and tracking claims.
• Reporting to and supporting the Pharmacist in a busy dispensary.

Job description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician to join the team in our McCauley Garahys Pharmacy in Enniscorthy. This is a 40- hour Fixed Term Contract position with the store's opening hours operating between 9 a.m. to 6p.m. Monday to Saturday and closed on Sunday. The team currently comprises an Assistant Store Manager, Managing Pharmacist,1 Relief, and 3 Technicians.
