Job summary

Clarity Recruitment is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for a busy community pharmacy in North Roscommon. This permanent, full-time position includes alternate Saturdays, with no late nights or Sundays. A supportive team helps manage a steady flow of customers, using Touchstore as the dispensing system. An attractive package is on offer based on experience.

You will assist in the dispensary, dispense prescriptions, handle inquiries, and ensure excellent customer service at all times.

Qualifications

• This role requires strong communication and customer service skills.
• Collaborative work ethos with the ability to work independently.
• Experience as an Irish Pharmacy Technician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the dispensary
• Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries or requests
• Preparing and dispensing prescriptions to patients
• Managing and monitoring the prescribed dosages
• Taking care of paperwork and monthly claims (if needed)
