Job summary

Clarity Recruitment is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for a permanent, 3 days per week role in Co. Cork (approx. 20 minutes from Cork City Centre). The position uses MPS software and involves supporting the pharmacist in dispensing, stock control, and customer service.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of Irish Pharmacy Technician experience and a Higher Certificate in Pharmacy Technician studies, with strong communication and teamwork skills to deliver excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Previous Irish Pharmacy Technician experience (1 year+) is favourable.
• Higher certificate in Pharmacy Technician studies is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist with preparing, labeling and dispensing prescriptions.
• Manage prescription queries, phone calls and customer requests.
• Order and manage stock, including storage and expiry checks.
• Advise customers on over-the-counter products under pharmacist supervision.
• Assist with claims processing and related paperwork.
• Perform any other duties as required.

Clarity Recruitment is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to join a pharmacy based in Co. Cork (approx. 20 minutes from Cork City Centre)

What you need to know:
This is a permanent role offering a great work-life balance, working 3 days per week on a rotating schedule (Week 1: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday / Week 2: Thursday, Friday, Saturday). No Bank Holidays required! You'll be backed by a brilliant support team, including 2 experienced technicians, helping you cater to a steady flow of customers. MPS is the software used.

What we’re looking for:
