Littlepace Pharmacy in Clonee, Dublin 15, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician or an Experienced Dispensary Assistant to join a friendly, community-focused team. We invest in our team's future and may support the Technician qualification for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities include dispensing under supervision, stock management, and handling patient queries with a commitment to accuracy and patient care.

Qualifications

Fully qualified Pharmacy Technician (Higher Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Studies or equivalent).
Minimum of 2 years of regular dispensing experience within an Irish community pharmacy dispensary.
High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and collaborate.

Responsibilities

Accurately preparing, dispensing, and labelling prescription medications under the supervision of the Responsible Pharmacist.
Managing dispensary stock, ordering, date-checking, and maintaining optimal stock control.
Handling paperwork, claims, and monthly scheme submissions (GMS, DPS, LTI, etc.).
Providing clear, professional customer service and handling patient queries in person and by phone.
Maintaining dispensary hygiene, organization, and strict adherence to PSI regulations and pharmacy SOPs.
