Job summary

Chanelle Pharma in Ballinasloe, Ireland, invites applications for Warehouse Operatives to join its manufacturing team. You will support the movement, storage and dispatch of materials and finished products on a 39-hour week, Monday to Friday, in a fast-paced GMP environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and compliance, with responsibilities spanning picking, packing, goods in, and liaising with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Previous GMP warehouse experience is preferable.
• Knowledge of EU GMP and US FDA guidelines is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel is advantageous.
• Forklift and turret truck licenses are a plus but not essential.
• Experience using warehouse management systems or basic computer proficiency desirable.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing products and orders with accuracy.
• Carry out cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist in Goods In, Returns and other CV areas as needed.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor temperature anomalies and maintain safety standards.
• Housekeeping and adherence to health and safety guidelines.
• Pack products securely to prevent damage in transit.
• Be available to work overtime to meet order targets.
