Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience using warehouse management systems or basic computer proficiency desirable.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing products and orders with accuracy.
• Carry out cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist in Goods In, Returns and other CV areas as needed.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor temperature anomalies and maintain safety standards.
• Housekeeping and adherence to health and safety guidelines.
• Pack products securely to prevent damage in transit.
• Be available to work overtime to meet order targets.

Job description: This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic Warehouse and Supply Chain team, supporting the efficient movement, storage and distribution of materials and finished products across the site.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring materials and products are received, stored, picked and dispatched accurately while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and compliance.

Successful candidates will work a set shift pattern (Monday-Friday) on a 39 hour week.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for picking & packing of products and orders ensuring pick & batch accuracy.
• Partake in Cycle counts as they occur and assist count discrepancies follow up.
• Assist in other areas of CV as time allows. RC / Goods In / Returns
• Liaising with other internal departments.
• Temperature Monitoring Anomalies
• All warehouse personnel are responsible for housekeeping. (clean as you go)
• Responsibility for adhering to health and safety guidelines & PPE
• Other Administration duties as required.
• Responsible for Packing products / orders accurately and in a manner to ensure no damaged can occur in transit to customers.
• Be available to work on if required to assist getting as many orders as possible out to customers.

Education & Experience

• Previous experience working in a GMP warehouse environment is preferred.
