Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is supporting a North Dublin pharma client in seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead a warehouse team in a regulated manufacturing environment. This is a full-time, permanent role with a strong focus on safety, quality and compliance.

You will oversee receipt, storage, sampling, dispensing, inventory and distribution, drive continuous improvement, and ensure ERP transactions are accurately recorded to meet operational targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a regulated manufacturing/pharma environment.
• Experience supervising warehouse teams.
• Experience with ERP and automated inventory control systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and team activities.
• Ensure accurate receipt, storage, sampling, dispensing, inventory and distribution.
