Job summary

Flexsource is seeking experienced Warehouse Operators for a role based in Damastown, Dublin 15. The position supports daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring materials are received, stored and distributed safely and efficiently.

Key requirements include 3 years in pharma warehousing, maintenance of turret truck, counterbalance forklift and PPT licences, and flexibility to work shifts. The role requires initiative, teamwork and adherence to SOPs, GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years' pharma warehouse experience.
• Turret Truck, Counterbalance Forklift and PPT licences are essential.
• Must be flexible and available to work shifts.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload.
• Comfortable working on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
• Strong team player with a willingness to support colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store and distribute materials throughout the warehouse.
• Deliver and collect materials to and from Production areas.
• Complete all required warehouse documentation accurately and on time.
• Work in accordance with SOPs, GMP and Health & Safety standards.
• Identify and report damaged goods or stock discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with packaging and material sampling duties when required.
• Participate in relevant training and assessment activities.

Rate of Pay: €16.81 per hour

The successful candidate will support daily warehouse operations in a busy, fast-paced environment, ensuring materials are received, stored and distributed safely and efficiently.
